Ideas For My Logo

I decided in the later designs to play around with the "mountains" in the original logo:

I did this by tracing two transport signs, and a picture of a Hornby Virgin Intercity 125 HST

Next, I decided to take the illustrated train, tram and bus, and use it more to the left of the design:

In the early stages, I had the idea of almost copying "London Midland" livery: I decided to put the "midland" and "&" in a very close green. I got this idea from the colour it turned to when being moved.

I then got a turn of ideas, and decided to attempt to merge "Anglian" and "Midland" into a crisp, professional and simple design:

I put a box around the logo, used a three line method below the text similar to the "National Rail" logo, and used the beginning of "midland" and "anglian"

But due to a lot of disrespect of the name, and the conclusion that you could probably walk into Boots and buy a bottle branded with this, I moved on.

This logo is back to A&M trains, and is simply the € sign rotated 90˚. I combined the 4 duplicated rotated 180˚ with a 1 rotated 90˚ anti-clockwise to make an &, and used this for the "A" in "Trains"

I turned  my attention back to the HST silhouettes, and decided to add slight detail. I then added the "A & M" from previous designs. In an attempt to show the train clearly, I put a web address below.

I turned the locomotives head-to-head, and replaced the font to a more professional typeface. The "&" is still the "midland" green, and the logo is now square.
